BoneScience offers FREE standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We also offer Express shipping options.
Time estimates and additional shipping costs can be found by entering your shipping address.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping
BoneScience is shipping worldwide. However, please note that some products or product ingredients are restricted in some countries.

BoneScience is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on thebonescience.com. Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. Orders from Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's policy. See our Refund policy.

We will send you a Return Authorization number and the shipping address for our returns center. Refund will be issued after receipt of the returned products.
