Shipping in the US

Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Need it sooner? UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® are available at checkout, priced for your address.

Orders are processed within 2–3 days. Delivery estimates for each option appear at checkout.

When order volume is high, shipments can take a few extra days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will email you.

International shipping

We ship to many countries with UPS and DHL Express. Rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout once you enter your address.

Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Some products or ingredients are restricted in some countries.

Refunds are not issued for orders that are refused or abandoned by the recipient, cannot be delivered because of an address error, or are held by customs.

Returns

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on thebonescience.com.
Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
Orders from Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's policy.

How to return an item

1. Email info@thebonescience.com with your full name, order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with a Return Authorization number and the address of our returns center.
3. Send the unopened item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refundable.
4. We inspect the return and email you whether your refund is approved.
