Returns

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on thebonescience.com.

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened products, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@thebonescience.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the unopened items, with your order number inside the package, to:

Please don't send returns to the manufacturer. Packages sent without a return authorization may be delayed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't guarantee that we'll receive items lost in transit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at info@thebonescience.com.

Subscriptions

You can skip, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account before the next billing date. Subscription orders follow the same return rules as one-time orders.

Purchases from other retailers

Orders placed on Amazon or with other retailers follow that retailer's return policy. Please contact the store you bought from.
